Renovations, one honest job at a time
Paving is where Shabco started, but the trades behind it — groundwork, drainage, finishing — carry into the rest of the house. We take on renovation work job by job, and we quote it the same way we quote paving: written, itemised, no surprises.
These are capabilities, not illustrated past work — our photographed portfolio is currently paving, and we won't imply otherwise.
Plumbing
Pipe runs, drainage, gulleys and leaks. On our first paving job the drainage was sorted before the sand went down; that's the standard.
Painting
Interior and exterior, with the prep done properly: cracks, damp and priming before colour.
Roof work
Repairs, waterproofing, gutter and flashing work ahead of the Cape winter.
General renovation
Small alterations, repairs and finishing work around the house.
For larger structural work we'll tell you honestly if a job needs an engineer or isn't ours to take. You'll never hear "no problem" from us on a problem.
How we quote
Send photos on WhatsApp, we come out and measure, you get a written quote with the scope spelled out — what's included, what's excluded, how long it takes. Changes are agreed in writing before they're built.
