Paving in Brackenfell

Brackenfell's newer developments mean a specific paving problem: recently disturbed fill. Ground that was cut, filled and compacted for building five or ten years ago settles unevenly, and paving laid straight onto it follows the settlement. The fix isn't complicated — proper excavation to firm material and a compacted sub-base — but it's exactly the work a cheap quote skips, because you can't see it in the finished job.
