Paving in Gordon's Bay

Gordon's Bay is minutes from our base at the Strand end of the corridor. The town's character sets its paving problems: properties climbing toward the mountainside mean sloped driveways where falls and water control decide everything, while the flat side toward the harbour shares Strand's soft sand.

On slopes we cut falls so stormwater sheds to the street, not the garage, and use patterns that lock under braking traffic — herringbone, not stretcher bond, on steep drives. On the flats, it's the same compaction-first method as everywhere.

We pave driveways, patios, braai areas and walkways across Gordon's Bay, from the harbour side up toward Mountainside.
