Paving in Strand

Strand is home ground — the corridor we work starts here. Most Strand erven sit on deep, soft Cape Flats sand, which is exactly the ground that punishes lazy base work: skip the compaction and the driveway ripples within a couple of winters. Our whole method is built around that problem.

We pave driveways, courtyards, patios and side passages across Strand and the streets toward Broadlands and Rusthof, and we're close enough to come measure the same week you message.

Local notes: salt air this close to False Bay is hard on steel edge restraints — we spec accordingly. Winter water tables are high on the flats side; falls and drainage get checked before the sand goes down.
